Minute Mondays: Wonderful Flower Shop Card

Minute Mondays, where I showcase quick cards

I finally had a chance to play with some of my new Stampin’ Up! goodies this weekend. I just loved the message and font on the greeting “Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be wonderful.” I decided that if I were going to do this greeting justice, I had to create some imperfections in the card like a different colored petal and the uneven grass.

To create the stem I cut a 1/8″ strip of Pistachio Pudding Card Stock and bent it lightly with my fingers all the way up the strip. I used the fringe scissors to make the grass. To save time, I used the pre-scored note cards & envelopes. They are slightly smaller than a standard card at 5″ x 3-1/2″. Find out all the supplies you’ll need to make this fun card and where to get them HERE!
