Minute Mondays: Petal Parade Note Card

Minute Mondays, where I showcase quick cards

Confession Time! I may have an addiction to Whisper White Note Cards & Envelopes. I just looked back to my Minute Monday posts for the last few weeks (and a few others in between) and there they are coming up again and again. What has spurred this addiction of mine? The current card trend has a lot more white space in it and they are a nice size for quick cards. I won’t apologize for my addiction though… I rather hope that you’ll join me. 🙂

When I finished this card, I realized that I used every single stamp from the Petal Parade stamp set, a rare occurrence. I’m amazed that with just four colors of ink, two stamp sets, the note cards, rhinestone jewels and some dimensionals, I put together a happy little card. I’ll let you in on a little secret. It took me nine trials on computer paper to get the colors and layout just right. I thought I would let you know, so you don’t think I just whipped out the perfect design the first time I put ink to paper. 🙂 Find out the supplies you’ll need to make this note card and where to get them HERE!

Thank you sooo much for your honesty about how long it took you to find just the right colors! Sometimes it seems that I am the only one who has to use trial and error! 🙂 Beautiful card!
