Fall in Love with the Gift Box Punch Board

I didn’t always love the gift box punch board. Ours started out as a rocky relationship. I loved the idea of the gift box punch board: quick to make, one piece design, no adhesive. What was not to love? I’ll tell you what! THE CLOSURE!! That was until I decided to take matters into my own hands. A few quick snips and the box was altered and what was once frustration turned into love. Let me help you fall in love with your gift box punch board too!!

Just watch the above video and I’ll show you how I altered my box. If you want to make the box and tag, I’ve shown in the video, just check below for a complete supply list HERE!

Here’s an example of one of the corners I altered. The old one is on the left. The altered one is on the right. What do you think? Did it make it easier for you to open and close the box? I sure hope so! 🙂

Thank you! That is exactly why I wasn't using my punch board often. I can't wait to try this out!

Well that is just beyond nifty! I always have so much trouble getting my box to close. So frustrating! I will definitely be trying your tip next time I make a box with my punch board! Thanks a lot Brenda!
