Cookie Cutter Christmas Slider Treats

Everyone loved the Halloween Slider Treats, so I had to make some Christmas ones too! Don’t let the length of this video scare you off. These slider treats are easy to make. The first 8 minutes has the really important stuff on how to make the treats. For the rest, I just go over how I made each of the characters that adorn the front and back of the slider.

All the supplies you’ll need for this project are available for purchase HERE!

The Eskimo and Santa are both stamped on Thick Whisper White Card stock and colored with either a marker or a blender pen with ink pads. The slider box for both of these is also made of Whisper White Card Stock

The teddy bear, reindeer and gingerbread man are all stamped on Crumb Cake Cardstock and have Crumb Cake slider Boxes. Details on how I decorated them are in the video.

Quick Reference

  1. For the slider box, start with a 3-1/8″ x 1-3/4″ piece of card stock.
  2. On the long side, score at 3/8” x 1-3/8”, 1-3/4” and 2-3/4” marks.
  3. Punch two 1/8″ holes into the long side of the template as shown above.
  4. Put Tear & Tape on one of the skinny end segments.
  5. Fold inwards along all the score lines.
  6. Adhere the skinny ends together to form an open-ended rectangle.

Love this! Thanks so much! I just learned, from your video, that if I turned the moose upside down the cookie cutter punch works perfectly. I've been cutting them all out by hand. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

You're welcome!! I'm so glad you don't have to handcut your reindeer/moose anymore. 🙂
