Here is my last project of the week featuring the Let it Ride Stamp Set. This treat holder is easy to make and really dresses up candy nicely in professional looking packaging. This treat holder doesn’t have any horses on it, to show you how versatile this stamp set is, but it would also look great alongside one of the horse cards I made earlier this week. If you would like to see how I made this treat holder just watch my video below.
- Start with a 11″ x 3″ piece of Card Stock. On the long side, score at the 4-1/2″ x 6-1/2″ marks.
- Cut a window using the 2nd smallest Rectangle Stitched Framelit.
- Stamp trees underneath the window
- Fold card stock along score lines and place inside a 3″ x 6″ Gusseted Cellophane Bag. Secure bottom flap of bag with Tear & Tape.
- Fill bag with candy. Pierce two holes at top with Take Your Pick Tool. Add Baker’s Twine and tie
- Stamp Greeting on Very Vanilla and punch out with 1-1/8″ Scallop Circle Punch. Pierce hole with Take Your Pick Tool. Cut from edge of circle to the pierced hole and add tag to Baker’s Twine.
