I recently made a cookie care package to send to my son Nicolas who is in his first year of university, 8 hours away from home. I made him his favorite cookies: White Chocolate Chip Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies. I wanted a cute way to package them up and I also wanted to make sure they would survive the plane trip with my husband safely. So, I designed a sturdy, double-walled cookie box that I’m going to share with you today. The bottom and sides of this box has a double layer of card stock and the lid comes all the way down on all sides for added stability. If you would like to learn how to make my double-walled box, just watch my video below.
I lined the box with wax paper, to keep the cookies fresh.
The box holds approximately one dozen cookies.
The little label on this box is from the Tags, Tags, Tags Bundle and it says: I love you more!
It was the perfect message to send to my son.
I also used the penguins from the Playful Penguins Stamp Set to hold up the little label.
