My card this week is a slimline card using the Sweet Ice Cream Stamp Set. This stamp makes more than just ice cream cards, it also makes cute popsicle cards. I had fun coming up with delicious color combinations for the popsicles and then highlighting the tops with Wink of Stella to make them shimmer like real popsicles. CASE-ing Tuesday
My card was CASE’d from page 72 of the Jan-Jun 2021 Mini Catalog. Each week we makeover a card from the current Stampin’ Up catalog and then share it on our Facebook Group. You can join our CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group to see more samples and/or share your own card with us. It’s a great way to improve your stamping and challenge yourself to try new styles. Quick Reference
- Petal Pink Card Base: 8-1/2″ x 8″. On 8″ side, score at the 4″ mark.
- Basic White Layer: 8-1/2″ x 3″
- Ice Cream Corner Layer: 8-1/2″ x 1/2″
- Basic White Banner Layer: 3″ x 1/2″, punch one end with the Banners Pick a Punch, stamp greeting and then shorten banner to desired length
