Today’s CASE-ing Tuesday Card provides a great way to use up small strips of designer paper you may have left over. The bright colored strips that I had leftover were perfect for making a birthday card. I used the adorable Party Puffins stamp set on the front and used the Hippo & Friends Dies for the stitched layer.
