Today’s card is a fun kid’s Christmas card. I used Witch Hat Builder Punch to create a Santa Hat for the Seal from the Seal of Approval Stamp Set. I used the Layering Diorama Dies to create the effect of floating icebergs. The layout for this card is from this week’s CASE-ing Tuesday sketch. I took great liberties with this week’s sketch.

My card was CASE’d from page 2 of the July-December Mini Catalog. Each week we makeover a card from the current Stampin’ Up catalog and then share it on our Facebook Group. You can join our CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group to see more samples and/or share your own card with us. It’s a great way to improve your stamping and challenge yourself to try new styles. I hope you will join us.
- Card Base: Start with an 11″ x 4-1/4″ piece of Pool Party CS. On the long side, score at the 5-1/2″ mark. Fold along the score line.
- Cut Dioramas in Basic White with the largest, 4th largest, 5th largest and smallest dies. Run the largest diorama piece through with the Painted Texture Embossing Folder. Stamp the smallest piece with a greeting. Stamp the 5th largest piece with the seal in Granite Gray and then sponge the white area with Pool Party Ink and a sponge dauber. Layer this piece onto the 4th largest piece. Then adhere all the diorama pieces onto the card front.
- Punch a Santa Hat out of the Witch Hat Builder Punch. See the video for instructions.
- Embellish with a Pool Party Ribbon Bow and Iridescent Rhinestone Jewels.
