So many times when I’m in a rush, I rely on Stampin’ Up’s beautiful designer series paper to make easy cards. Today I used the Fresh as a Daisy Designer Paper and the Cheerful Daisies Bundle to make this card quickly. CASE-ing Tuesday
My card was CASE’d from page 94 of the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog. Each week we makeover a card from the current Stampin’ Up catalog and then share it on our Facebook Group. You can join our CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group to see more samples and/or share your own card with us. It’s a great way to improve your stamping and challenge yourself to try new styles. I hope you will join us.
Instructions
- Card Base: Start with an 11″ x 4-1/4″ piece of Thick Basic White CS. On the long side, score at the 5-1/2″ mark. Fold along the score line.
- Designer Series Paper: Cut a 5-” x 3-3/4″” piece of Fresh as a Daisy Designer Series Paper. Cut a hole into the card with the label die (from the Cheerful Daisies Dies). Stamp “Wishing you the brightest birthday” in Early Espresso Ink on Basic White CS. Adhere behind the opening.
- Crushed Curry Layer: Cut a 5-1/4″ x 4″ piece of Crushed Curry CS. Adhere to the card. Then adhere the DSP layer on top of it.
- Finishing: Add some ribbon and sequins to the card front.
