Simply Beautiful Birthday Card

Happy Tuesday!  Today I’m making a beautiful birthday card using the Simply Beautiful Bundle. This card could easily be changed to a wedding card just by changing out the greeting. The card front layout was inspired by our CASE-ing Tuesday Challenge (see below).

CASE-ing Tuesday My card was CASE’d from page 23 of the 2026 Jan-April Mini Catalog. Each week we makeover a card from the current Stampin’ Up catalog and then share it on our Facebook Group. You can join our CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group to see more samples and/or share your own card with us. It’s a great way to improve your stamping and challenge yourself to try new styles. I hope you will join us.

Instructions

1. Card Base: Start with an 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Thick Basic White CS. On the long side, score at the 4-1/4″ mark. Fold along the score line.
2. Embossed Layer: Cut a 5-1/4″ x 4″ piece of Basic White CS. Emboss with the Sunflower 3D Embossing Folder. Use a blending brush to lightly brush Fresh Freesia Ink. Adhere to the card.
3. Flower: Cut the flower pieces out of Fresh Freesia, Darling Duckling and Old Olive CS.
4. White Label Layer: Cut the 2nd largest label (Beautifully Celebrated Dies). Lay the label and flower pieces out. and then stamp the greeting in Fresh Freesia Ink in the corner. Adhere the label and flower pieces to the card.
5. Finishing: Add some Iridescent Pearls Basic Jewels.
