Stitched Stocking Christmas Card

Today I will be making a Christmas card using the Stitched Stocking Bundle. The card front layout was inspired by our CASE-ing Tuesday Challenge (see below).

CASE-ing Tuesday My card was CASE’d from Page 33 of the 2026 May-Aug Mini Catalog. Each week we makeover a card from the current Stampin’ Up catalog and then share it on our Facebook Group. You can join our CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group to see more samples and/or share your own card with us. It’s a great way to improve your stamping and challenge yourself to try new styles. I hope you will join us.

Instructions

1. Card Base: Start with an 11″ x 4-1/4″ piece of Peaceful Pine CS. On the long side, score at the 5-1/2″” mark. Fold along the score line.
2. Banner: Cut a 3-3/4″ wide banner out of Soft Sea Foam CS. Emboss with the Swirls of Magic Embossing Folder. Adhere to the card.
3. Stocking: Cut a stocking out of Real Red CS. Adhere to the card.
4. Stocking DSP: Cut a piece of Stitched Season Designer Series Paper with the quilted stocking die. Also cut a 2″ x 5/8″ piece of the same DSP. Adhere the pieces to the stocking.
5. Greeting: Stamp your greeting on a 3/4″ x 4-1/4″ piece of Basic White. Use the banner die to cut this piece. Adhere to the card.
6. Ribbon: Tie a bow. Adhere to card with a Mini Dimensional.
7. Finishing: Cut poinsettia pieces. Adhere to the card. Embellish with a Rhinestone.
