Extraordinary Flora Birthday Card

Today I will be making a beautiful birthday card using the Extraordinary Flora Bundle and matching Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape. This card can be made with or without the matching Washi Tape and I share a photo of both versions below. The card front layout was inspired by our CASE-ing Tuesday Challenge (see below).

CASE-ing Tuesday My card was CASE’d from Page 17 of the 2026 May-Aug Mini Catalog. Each week we makeover a card from the current Stampin’ Up catalog and then share it on our Facebook Group. You can join our CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group to see more samples and/or share your own card with us. It’s a great way to improve your stamping and challenge yourself to try new styles. I hope you will join us.

Instructions

1. Card Base: Start with an 11″ x 4-1/4″ piece of Fresh Freesia CS. On the long side, score at the 5-1/2″ mark. Fold along the score line.
2. Scallop Blooms Layers: Use the largest Scallop Blooms die to cut a scallop circle out of Shaded Spruce CS . Use the 2nd largest Scallop Blooms die to cut a scallop circle out Garden Poetry DSP. Adhere the two circles together. Cut off 5 scallops from the largest circle. Adhere to the card.
3. Flowers: Adhere a length of Extraordinary Washi Tap to Basic White CS OR stamp the Extraordinary Flora image on Basic White CS with black ink & color with Stampin’ Blends. Die cut the flora with the matching die. Adhere to the card.
4. Greeting Layer: Cut a 3-1/2″ x 7/8″ piece of Barely Blush CS. Stamp “Happy Birthday” in Shaded Spruce ink. Banner cut the end with scissors or a Party Banner Die. The finished banner should measure 3-1/4″ x 7/8″. Adhere to the card.
5. Finishing: Embellish with in-color butterflies.
