Hot Foil Birthday Card

Today I will be making a Christmas card using the Festive Cheer Bundle. The card uses a Stampin’ Positioner Technique that I will share in my video. The card front layout was inspired by our CASE-ing Tuesday Challenge (see below).

CASE-ing Tuesday My card was CASE’d from Page 12 of the 2026 May-Aug Mini Catalog. Each week we makeover a card from the current Stampin’ Up catalog and then share it on our Facebook Group. You can join our CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group to see more samples and/or share your own card with us. It’s a great way to improve your stamping and challenge yourself to try new styles. I hope you will join us.

Instructions

1. Card Base: Start with an 11″ x 4-1/4″ piece of Fresh Freesia CS. On the long side, score at the 5-1/2″ mark. Fold along the score line.
2. Embossed Layer: Cut a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Fresh Freesia CS. Emboss with the Forever Plaid Embossing Folder. Adhere to the card.
3. Punched Layers: Punch out four pieces of Florals in Bloom DSP with the Rounded Rectangle Punch. Adhere to the card.
4. Greeting Layer: Use the hot foil system to foil “Happy Birthday” with Silver Foil onto Blackberry Bliss CS. Cut out with matching die. Adhere to the card with Dimensionals.
5. Finishing: Embellish with a bow and Sequins.
