Radiant Sunflowers Birthday Card

Today I will be making a beautiful birthday card with the Radiant Sunflowers Bundle and the Sunflower Fields Designer Series Paper. The card front layout was inspired by our CASE-ing Tuesday Challenge (see below).

CASE-ing Tuesday My card was CASE’d from Page 31 of the 2026 Sept-Dec Mini Catalog. Each week we makeover a card from the current Stampin’ Up catalog and then share it on our Facebook Group. You can join our CASE-ing Tuesday Facebook Group to see more samples and/or share your own card with us. It’s a great way to improve your stamping and challenge yourself to try new styles. I hope you will join us.

Instructions

1. Card Base: Start with an 11″ x 4-1/4″ piece of Old Olive CS. On the long side, score at the 5-1/2″ mark. Fold along the score line.
2. Embossed Layer: Cut a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Old Olive CS. Emboss with the Rustic Check Embossing Folder. Adhere to the card
3. DSP Layer: Cut a 4-1/4″ x 2-5/8″ piece of DSP. Adhere to the card.
4. Label Layer: Cut a label out of Basic White CS. Stamp “Happy Birthday to you” (Exciting Times Stamp Set) in Early Espresso Ink. Also, cut a banner (Stylish Shapes Dies) out of DSP. Adhere the banner behind the label and then adhere to the card.
5. Sunflowers: Stamp two sunflowers in Early Espresso Ink on Crushed Curry CS. Cut out with matching die. Die cut the centers out of Early Espresso CS. Adhere the centers to the sunflowers. Adhere one sunflower with glue the other with Dimensionals.
6. Finishing: Embellish with a jute bow and Radiant Gems.
